I’m a devoted milk tea enthusiast residing in Jersey City for two years. A new milk tea shop opened in Newport, Jersey City during the COVID pandemic. While making a purchase, I noticed the shop’s app lacked user-friendliness. Furthermore, due to limited competition, the service was subpar. Hence, I’ve chosen to design my own milk tea shop.

Jersey City offers easy subway access to both Midtown and Downtown Manhattan in New York City, a commute taking as little as ten minutes and up to half an hour. This accessibility attracts many New York City professionals due to substantial incomes and a willingness to spend.
Numerous international students residing in Jersey City have organized group bubble tea purchases from New York City due to dissatisfaction with local milk tea shop services, as observed in various WeChat groups.
Conclusion: There is a significant market for a well-service-oriented, high-quality product, and user-friendly app milk tea shop in Jersey City.
